Refund & Returns Policy

At Odo Packaging, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds may be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Return requests may be submitted within 7–30 days of receiving an order, depending on the product category.

To qualify for a return:

• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging must be intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns must receive prior approval from our support team.
• Damaged or defective product claims may require photo or video evidence.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-printed products
• Personalized packaging products
• Made-to-order packaging solutions
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Used or opened products
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Digital products or downloadable files

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
• Provide your order number and supporting photos/videos.

After review, we may offer:

• Product Replacement
• Product Exchange
• Full or Partial Refund

All claims are subject to verification.

How To Request A Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order details and reason for return.

  3. Attach supporting images if applicable.

  4. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  5. Ship the approved return within the specified timeframe.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the error is on our side, return shipping costs will be covered by Odo Packaging.
• If the return is due to customer preference or incorrect selection, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability and fulfillment timelines.

Order Cancellation

• Custom printed and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
